From experience and conversations, I think in the U.K. / USA there is not enough every day nudity. And that has allowed nudity to equal sex, when it shouldn’t really. It means we don’t experience enough normal naked bodies, and far, far too few naked bodies in non-sexual situations.
I also think we have come to mainly consider our bodies aesthetically, when we should give greater weight to the joy we can experience through them. Whether that is movement, or whether it is creating something.
